You will need them to lvl up all the way to Comment by Eraclitus Although the first aid skill was removed with the BFA Pre-Patch, the bandages are still available in the game and can now only be made by tailors. For all other professions the different types of cloth are still required for a couple of recipes. So check your recipes to see if you can use the cloth before you sell it through auction house or to a vendor.
