The man behind the mask who got released by WWE, Jorge Arias is not the same person who debuted for the company in No, that person is Luis Urive. A fellow Mexican professional wrestler like Arias, Urive was the original Sin Cara who used to go by the name of Mistico in Mexican promotions.
Arias made his main roster debut on August 12, , episode of SmackDown when he portrayed Sin Cara for the first time in place of Urive, as the latter was suspended by WWE for violating their wellness policy. Azul would then defeat Negro and unmask him.

Billy Gunn really doesn't want a WWE vs. It has too much of a random factor that could lead to him getting hurt or screwing up the entrance. There are other superstars who have had complex entrances, but the trampoline is just too much of a chaotic factor. It makes the entrance look amazing when it goes right, but when it goes wrong it just looks silly.

The fact is that he has been with the WWE for less than a year and he has already violated their testing policy once.
For someone who really hasn't made it to the main event scene, to do that so quickly is embarrassing. The WWE is trying to present themselves as squeaky clean and that kind of violation isn't helping. What makes matters worse is that even though Sin Cara was out of the WWE at this time, they didn't want the character to lose the momentum that he had, so they had a different wrestler portray him.
Not only did it take a lot of the sting out of the punishment, but it lead to something else. It lead to Sin Cara being in a feud that, for the first few weeks, was really hard to watch. That was because for the first few weeks both men wore the same ring gear, so the fans were forced to rely on the announcers to tell us who was the "good" and the "evil" Sin Cara. Finally, right before a pay-per-view they were given different ring gear. However, if the other Sin Cara wants to steal the original Sin Cara's identity, why would he do that?
